Final Fantasy 7 Remakeis getting a special collector’s edition, called the “First Class Edition,” which that includes the deluxe edition of the game, a Steelbook case, mini-soundtrack CD, hardcover artbook, extra downloadable content, and an action figure set featuring FF7 protagonist Cloud Strife and his Hardy Daytona motorcycle.
Be warned: The bike is big — over a foot long. And the Cloud action figure is, of course, dreamy. His signature spiky hair is perfectly coiffed and he looks like he means business. The figures are exclusive to the First Class Edition; Square Enix says it’s the only way to get both Cloud and the Hardy Daytona together. The special edition is available exclusively at the Square Enix Store. Pre-orders are open now and the set retails for $329.99.
A deluxe edition is available as well, which includes everything but the action figures. It’s available for pre-order for $79.99. And of course the standard edition will cost the typical $59.99.
Final Fantasy 7 Remake opened Square Enix’s E3 2019 presentation, with the game’s producer, Yoshinori Kitase, showing off gameplay and offering insight into how the new game stacks up to the original RPG. We also got a high-def look at the super realistic character redesigns, and, finally, a release date: the PS4 game will be released on March 3, 2020.
